ICF APPROVED CONTINUING COACH EDUCATION PROVIDER

With my colleague, Sheila Kutner, I have developed the FastTrack Coach Training Program, specifically designed to help businesses and individuals master the 11 International Coach Federation core competencies.  The 60 hour program has been approved by ICF as a Continuing Coaching Education Provider which means that participants applying for ICF certification will receive pre-approved credit for 60 hours of training.

1.  Already-credentialed coaches will receive the CEUs they need to get re-credentialed.

2.  New coaches will be able to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential.

3.  Business people will learn the professional coach's skill set.

New classes forming:

Life Coaching -   New Class Starting

           1.  Monday, June 2, 2008

The training format for these classes is:

  • 24 sessions - each 2 hours

  • 6  coaching labs  - each 2 hours

The fee is $2000.

Participants will:

  • learn the 11 International Coach Federation (ICF) core competencies in depth

  • learn how the coaching skill set is used in the business environment

  • practice coaching and being coached

  • apply coaching practices to their work and lives

This format is well suited to corporations and individuals who want to be on the FastTrack to a new or more advanced ICF coaching certification.  It is also the FastTrack approach for already-credentialed coaches to get CEU credits for ICF recertification.  With new credentialing requirements for coaches seeking their MCC certification going into affect in January, 2007, applicants need additional live coaching practice and feedback on their coaching skills.
